Rebecca is passionate about family, passionate about people, passionate about travel, passionate about collectibles and passionate about Disney.
Rebecca’s passion for family, travel, collectibles, and Disney has driven her diverse career. Graduating as a Registered Nurse in 1995 and becoming a Midwife in 2004, she has balanced a medical career with entrepreneurial ventures.
In 1997, Rebecca founded Mr Chocolate’s Book Company, focusing on old and vintage books, particularly Enid Blyton titles. She also launched one of Australia’s first online children’s clothing stores, Kids Clothes, in 2002. By 2007, her concept Family Value provided family-friendly pricing for local attractions.
As a mother of six, Rebecca understands the challenges of family travel. She created Large Family Accommodation in 2013, a resource for families of seven or more, and launched Mr Chocolate’s Vintage, Antiques and Collectibles stall at Bendigo Pottery Antique Centre.
Combining her love for travel and her expertise, Rebecca obtained a Certificate III in Travel and Tourism in 2016. By 2017, she was operating Mr Chocolate’s Travel, specializing in Disney destinations and theme park vacations. In 2019, her agency was recognized as one of the Top 10 Sellers of Disney Destinations in Australia & New Zealand.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, our team used the downtime to refine systems and build partnerships. Rebecca published Holiday Dreaming: The Expert's Guide to Large Family Travel and gained valuable experience as a contact tracer.
Today, Mr Chocolate’s Travel is a premium travel agency with a focus on family holidays and theme park destinations. Our dedication to customer service ensures that every client receives personalised and attentive care.
We are proud to offer worldwide travel services, with a special emphasis on creating memorable experiences for famillies of all sizes, in particular theme park destinations.
In 2024 we introduced 'Magical Tickets' which is powered by Mr Chocolate's Travel and offers theme park tickets at competitive pricing. Our focus is to recognise 'children' as 'children' up until they are 17 years of age.
